Minor/Major Curses, Fear, Mass Fear, Nightmare and Mass Nightmare: Please
reinstate these to their former levels and reinstate Mass Nightmare with
the limitation of the number of victims equal to the caster's level.

* Please consider first the reinstatement of Minor Curse (3) & Major Curse
(6) so its secondary proposal can proceed.

Observation: Making Fear, Nightmare and Mass Fear more expensive is just
more annoying and makes clerics less powerful than their mage 
counterparts.

You keep them weaker longer, esp. in a battle where they are now more at
risk while healing.  Removing Mass Nightmare is a horrible insult, one of
the only mass combat spells clerics have at all [I discount TOW spells as
being ineffective against NPCs period, IMO].  Curses are covered more
in-depth in a secondary proposal providing that their reinstatement at 3rd
and 6th level passes. [see proposal]
