Please reinstate the 0-point cost for 0-point cored weapons.

Observation:  Sometimes this 'barely bigger than a wimbly' weapon is the
only thing folks have to defend themselves.  Why axe this?  Without the
ability to even throw it underhand, it is the very least mere
acknowledgement that PCs in this CG universe have something that they can
defend themselves with.

Proposal #2:  Otherwise, if the above proposal is rejected, I second the
proposal that this should cost 1 point max.  [Confirming Hans' proposal].
