Reinstate the spell Cure.

Observation: If you can cause disease ig, why can clerics not cure
disease? The logic that this can be a GM trigger can also be a GM headache
if some PC decides to cause disease on someone with no cure planned for --
and is this a disease like the Chicken Pox? Leprosy? Turretts Syndrome?
AIDS? There's no stipulation, and so Cure should /certainly/ be employable
by clerics. While Restore Health can cure diseases, that is not until
higher levels.
