== Overpowering Will ==
	by Dawn Metcalf

This 7th level spell adds to your _offensive_ will. There are 3
possibilities to consider:

	Text A: "This spell adds +5 to your _offensive_ will (caster only)
for a 5 minute duration. During this time, any TOW spells are affected as
if the caster has this increased will."

	Text B: "This spell adds +5 to your _offensive_ will (caster only)
for your next offensive TOW spell."

	Text C: [As a much lower-level spell, 3rd] "This spell adds +1 to
your _offensive_ will (caster only) for a 30 minute duration. During this
time, any TOW spells are affected as if the caster has this increased
will. You may cast this multiple times."

Observation: In the interest of "stacking" spells, I'd rather not have the
+5 but make it a very low-level spell which could be stacked as high as
you want to spend points, like for one game having higher will (at least
offensively but not defensively) which you spend points to attain.

Consideration: Instead of +5, we can have a lower level spell, to
"double your Will". (?) This would not be a big thing for lower-Will
characters but a BIG [possible too big] bonus for higher Wills...
