Reinstate at the former level.  There's no reason to make this more.

Observation:  Coincides with proposal to remove Reveal which is never used
and any effect shown by this 8th level spell can be dispelled with a 5th
level Dispel without bothering to first identify what it is.  Thus we'll
have fewer 8th level spells and Resurrect can go back.
