I think increasing the time limit of Superior Clotting is a good 
way to make it more powerful.  At the same time, we should let people die 
early if they want, because this shouldn't ever be a disadvantage.


Proposal) Superior Clotting to 30 minutes (only if Tim's proposals fail)

-- In Superior Clotting, change this:
        "It also reduces the blood loss so that you will die in 10 minutes
        instead of 2 minutes.  You need not do anything, or even be
        conscious, since the body will slow the bleeding automatically."
to this:
        "It also reduces your blood loss, so that your critical bleeding
        time is increased from 2 minutes to 30 minutes.  This happens
        automatically, without conscious effort.  However, you (as the
        player) can choose to have your character die at any point after
        the initial 2 minutes, if you want."
