What's Wrong

SUPERIOR CLOTTING has changed with the bleeding rules. Now it raises the
unconsciousness threshold to 4 limbs (and still raises the critical
bleeding time to 10 minutes).

It is obvious that if you have 3 limb wounds that you are basically
useless and will get the 4th limb wound anyway especially if you have both
arms damaged and then get a leg wound.  (Someone is obviously beating on
you at this point and you would have had that next hit anyway).  If you
had one arm left, maybe you would still be alive, but probably not.  This
part of the skill is basically useless now.  Yes the bleeding time is
increased but the prior ability has been cut in half for most intent and
purpose.


My Solution

1) allow 2 chest wounds or 3 limb wounds or 1 chest wound with an
accompanying limb wound before unconciousness.

or, if that fails:

2) Reinstate the concious bleeding time which leads to other changes
needed as per pre-2001 rules.

or, if that fails:

3) lower the point value from 2 to 1 and change 4 limbs to "3 limbs
