Please remove this.

Consideration: It's a nightmare waiting to happen with the Player's Code
of Conduct. Take those marked with it as a racial disadvantage (grum,
half-grum, half-orc, barbarians, etc.) and just give them "Disliked Race"  
to acknowledge their behavior. Outlining/Phrasing this in such a way
actually *encourages* folks to try to be unseemly in order to portray
their disad correctly which may end up upsetting members of the Quest
community.
